Portfolio custom post types and Polylang multilingual plugin

Hi!

I'm using the multilingual plugin Polylang with your lovely Blox theme.

Besides post, page, category and tag, Polylang allows you to translate custom post types and custom taxonomies.

I'm having trouble translating the Blox theme 'portfolio' custom post type.

To allow Polylang to recognize this custom post type, I'm using a simple custom plugin that Polylang was kind enough to share through their support forum.

The problem is that I cannot see the Polylang interface on the "Portfolios" admin page.

As I presented this situation to Polylang, they answered the following:
Polylang can hook in two points:
* The posts list table (where Polylang adds the languages column)
* The Edit post page (where Polylang adds a metabox)
But in both cases, if the custom post type interface is not standard and does not use the same actions and filters as WordPress, then I am affraid there is now way for Polylang to add its own interface.
Maybe you can try this (not very convenient...). In the address bar of your browser, type directly the url yoursite/wp-admin/post-new.php?post_type=portfolio&from_post=nnn&new_lang=en where nnn is the post id of the portuguese post you want to translate. I wonder if it will works...
Well... It works. But it is indeed not very convenient.

So, to try to solve this, I wonder if you can help me understand how your theme works the 'portfolio' custom post type interface.

A little extra input from Polylang's developer:
Just in case it helps, for the list table, I use the filter 'manage_posts_columns' and the action 'manage_posts_custom_column' to create the new columns with the languages.
And for the metabox in the 'edit post' admin panel, I just use the function 'add_meta_box'
Thank you so much for you time and congratulations on the beautiful Blox theme.

Rodrigo
